Tracking my package

Shipments will be sent via UPS and can be tracked using the tracking number that can be found in your email or under My Account > My Orders.

 

Steps to find your tracking number

  1. Click “Orders” at the top of web page once logged into Shop.Hillspet.com
  2. Click on the order that you would like to track and the order details field will expand to display the UPS Tracking # with a clickable link.
  3. Click on the UPS tracking number to be directed to UPS.com with tracking details of your order.

 

Helpful tip: Email tracking notifications are sent once your order has shipped and will contain your UPS tracking number, which can be used to track your order.

Estimated delivery timing

  • Free shipping available on all orders $50+
  • Free shipping will be applied at checkout
  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days from the time the order was placed
  • Holidays and Inclement Weather: may impact estimated arrival times by an additional 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Vendor Peak Season: During the week of December 10th
  • Exceptions: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and some remote areas in the continental US may take additional business days to arrive
  • Business Days: Monday-Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not business days
  • Delivery locations include: US (48 Contiguous States), Alaska & Hawaii

 

Important note: Orders placed after 1:00 pm local time may be shipped the following business day and add one additional day to the estimated delivery timing.

 

Update my shipping information

  1. Log into your account and click My Profile
  2. Update your Shipping Address by clicking on “Update My Shipping Information”
  3. Click “Confirm”
