Once a refund request has been received, you can dispose of your product. Returns are processed back to the original method of payment within 10 business days once initiated.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may cancel an order within the first 10 minutes of placing an order on the Order Confirmation page if desired. After 10 minutes an order may not be canceled as the order will need to be processed and delivered before a return can be issued. STANDARD ORDER REFUNDS

CUSTOMER DONATION REFUNDS
Customers have the opportunity to provide a customer donation when completing their order. Unfortunately customer donations will not be available for refund.
SUSPECTED FRAUD:
Returns suspected of fraud will require the pet food products to be returned in order to receive a refund. Those suspected fraudulent transactions will be asked to share a photo ID and be sent for investigation. After further investigation we will mail a check at an address provided by the consumer.
